Tom yum soup is sweet-soury with customisable spice level. Medium level of spiciness goes perfectly with the tom yum flavour. The yentafo soup is sweet and refreshing, I believe it comes from radish and fish, good for a light dinner.
Usually with this type of noodles (similar to mee hoon kway), I don't prefer to eat it in a soup. Well, this is one exception! I do find it enjoyable to slurp it πŸ˜‹

The sauce for salmon skin reminds me of som tum (papaya salad)! Even with generous portion of it, I could go for seconds 😍
