How good can a simple white beehoon dish tastes? It looks rather lack in flavour when but you sink your teeth into these goodness.... oh boy. Thereโ€™s no looking back, now Iโ€™m a full-fledged fan of these ็™พ็ฑณ็ฒ‰. A good combination of a savoury and the sweetness from the seafood, these flavours also gives a feeling of ๅฎถ (homely taste) which I love. The chilli that comes with it is ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป too and do give the salted egg sotong a try, itโ€™s one of my favourites sides.

Yes that's right, the famous Bai Mee Fen at Sembawang has branched out and their selling their dishes to areas other than the North! Went to the branch at Punggol Settlement and the standard of the Bai Mee Fen is pretty good here๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป for two, you'll be filled by ordering the dishes above in their small size. Their signature dishes include the salted eggyolk sotong $12 (it's really really good. Sotong a bit too chewy for my liking but I guess sotongs are like that) and their sambal potato leaves $8 (sauce is more toward sweet and spicy). Total damage ard $30. It'll definitely be slightly cheaper in the original coffee shop, but if it's near you, why not just head down to their air-conditioned branches instead? ๐Ÿ˜Š

My 2nd favourite dish of the night. I'm allergic to sotong but heck it when it's salted egg sotong!

Sotong coated with salted egg to get a fragrant and crispy texture. This is good ๐Ÿ™† If the salted egg taste can be stronger, it would be perfect!
