One of my favourites over dinner, because of the different flavours that came together. Though it was immensely disappointing that the suckling pig lacked its trademark crisp skin, the fantastic braised pork below saved it all. That, the tangy onions, and smooth mash - so good.
10 30 at night and we're just rounding off the desserts. // best dish of the night - that Suckling Pig with pork done two ways, pulled pork that's not too sweet and a melt-in-your-mouth pork belly infiltrated with sweet layers of fats. Endives, caramelised onions and fried sage complete the equation. #NoWords
