Sounds weird? Cheese + Bingsu + chocolate seem like a combination that will make u flip the table, but surprisingly, it tastes really good. The saltiness of the cheese reduces the jelak-ness of the white chocolate and milk ice, yet blends well together due the it's dairy nature. The nuts and the soy bean power neutralize the otherwise super creamy bowl of dessert, creating a well balanced and enjoyable bowl of goodness! And guess what? THEY R 24HRS!

The ingredients work surprisingly well together, giving a sweet savoury taste combination on the palette. Very pleasing flavour and texture.
The price seems a bit high if you go for the premium selection of bingsu but I still think they have one of the best bingsu in Singapore and they are opening another branch soon at Century Square in Tampines! Just 10 mins walk from my house! Super looking forward to it!
