Traditional handmade curry puff with more then 50years of history. The crust is thin whereby most places selling thick crust with little fillings in it. Although it's slightly smaller then normal curry puff but it's good!

It's like the modern kind of lao po bing (wife biscuit), it's has a thin layer of flaky crust with the filling filled with the orginal flavour of each ingredient and not forgetting the generous amount that is filled in it. 9.5/10 -

The Q was cut off when it's my turn so i had to wait 40mins for the next batch, the staff and chefs talk to us and also apologise for making us wait so long, very nice and friendly people. -------------------------------------------
They make sure every quality of the cake we brought is in the right texture if not they would just throw it away although it's wasteful but they keep up their standard. 👍

The traditional sponge cake is fluffy and has a more eggy taste which reminds me of the (ji dan gao aka chinese steam cake ) i had during my childhood. 30mins for Q-ing and came back to collect my cake after 1.5hrs.

It's the old school kind of sponge cake which is much more fluffy. Slightly disappointed cause there are lumps of sugar that isn't mix well properly.
I prefer the cheese flavour cause it gives you an additional saltiness instead of just the boring taste.

OMG!!! 😲 The ang gu kueh texture is so soft and chewy, it's hard to find such texture anymore. It also come in different flavour but all in red colour.

Kueh ambon is one of my fav kueh which comes in different kind of flavour and for me durian is still the best. The texture is also chewy. Hand made is still the best! 10/10
