Restaurant is tuck at the end of the street at a little corner without a prominent sign. So it could be easier to miss.
Portion is way too small. I and my friend are not children, we should not be treated with kid-size meals ! I ordered Ebisu, my friend ordered Ontaru pasta. If we as Asians feel that the portion is small, then all the more a Caucasian would feel the portion is even smaller.
Taste is good though.
Hope you can improve on the portion.
A small outfit on Duxton Road before Neil Road, Ninja Bowl serves 'bowls' of stuff made of seafood, veggies, toufu and other... stuff. A check on Chinese lifestyle portal Dianping and seems like it's reputable for its brunch selection. Ebisu, one of the top recommendations from Burpple is a nice surprise. Mussles and scallops doused in butter cream sauce was delicious. Cauli pops is a good take on tempura with its slightly spicy mayo dip sauce. Only disappointment is the lemonade soda that wasn't that impressionable (probably cos I didn't stir the concoction?) Overall worth the walk from the train stations if it's not raining.
Went to Ninja Bowl because I cant resist trying after looking at all the reviews😍 I must say, it looks as good as it tastes hehe. Ordered the Tontoro($14) and Ebisu($18) and it was not bad!! Most of their menu items are priced below $20 and the ambience, alongside the staff service, waiting time etc, it is really a great experience✨ Ratings overall would be an 8.5/10 and would definitely visit again!!👍🏻💯
This Ebisu creamy stew stole my heart!! Generous pieces of pan seared Hokkaido scallops, mussels and that creamy broth! Worth all the calories!
Got a Tsukiji with Ninja rice (brown rice) & Ebisu with toast. The scallops in the Ebisu is really quite yummy. Yes, nice marbled bowls there too! Give the iced chocolate a miss, I would say. #BurppleXChope

Wow wow @ninjabowl, I've said this so many times but I really need to find a time to go back!
NINJA BOWL sure is crowded, and getting seats would be hard without reservations, but for the nett prices and delicious food, all is worth it. The only thing better than these would only be the people having them, attracting all the attention in this cafe, snapping pictures and eating mochi/ wasabi chips. 😆
