this chicken ramen serves with fragrant sesame oil and dark soy sauce . After my mum and i tried it , we felt that the fried garlic and shallots are a lil overshot in quantity and thus it has taken away the original aroma of the noodle . Served with more vege and braised mushrooms , overall still can pass βοΈ
