Solved the big mystery. White jade balls turned out to be glutinous rice balls, like unflavoured tang yuan. The soya tasted ok
Got it warm, 0% sugar & without base as it contains gelatin. Soy milk itself is smooth, rich & thick, topped with creamy black sesame foam that's slightly sweet & nutty. After sometimes when the black sesame foam mix with the soy milk, there'll be a slight nutty taste 😋 it's quite filling & healthy!
S$6.20
Thick and creamy soy milk topped with generous soy powder and chewy mochi.
Matcha Soyamilk w White Jade Ball (Cold) (if u takeaway from the shop and they will be separate White Jade Ball with drink) ($6.20) its so smooth texture for soymilk as the foam was quite thick tbh. Matcha powder and drink itself was quite average taste. White Jade Ball just like chewy mochi ball but it's quite hard to remove from the stick itself. U can opt out for Jade Ball at lower pricing. U can try their other drink at menu also. I want to order their matcha beancurd next time.
Super delicious drink
Awesome find at paya lebar. I understand that they have three outlets in Singapore. The drink is topped with this layer of cream that's sprinkled with some savoury muahchee-esque powder; you are supposed to dip the mochi "white jade balls" into the cream to taste it. Price is a little steep though at $6.20, but will totally purchase again ! Rating 8/10
