This is one of the stall in the hawker centre that always attract long queue, selling their signature noodles including the pork rib, laksa and fishball version.
I first try their fishball noodle, noodle was delicious even just by eating it alone. The fishball was chewy and lots of ingredients in the soup.
A strong yet gentle herbal soup cradling fall-apart ribs, with snappy cartilage. Winter food in a land of always summer.
