Oxtail could have used an hour more in the pot, peanut sauce needed a more flavorful broth. Overall underwhelming.
I enjoyed this a lot. Crisp mustard greens, tomatoes, and roasted pork belly strips with bagoong vinaigrette was absolutely fabulous. I wish it had more mustasa though. That would have made this salad perfect for me.
