There wasn’t much soup inside - maybe because the xlb tended to break? But the meat was so flavorful and soft like it didn’t go through a lot of processing. Skin was chewy too. Really so so worth it I wish I got more!
This zi char stall does superb heng hwa cuisine! My bf and I were literally blown away by how authentic and tasty this fried bee hoon was. Unlike machine dried bee hoon, the sun-dried bee hoon is translucent, silky, fine, chewy but not brittle. These makes them absorb the cooking stock and seasonings better, resulting in a plate of extremely flavourful and umami beehoon. Plus points for the generous helping of ingredients too. 10/10 would recommend!
At $4 for 6 pieces, these are probably the cheapest xiao long bao one can get in Singapore. While the soup isn't aplenty, the pork filling is well-seasoned and the skin is sufficiently pliable to give a chewy bite. Cheap and good!

Crayfish seafood soup. It comes in 6 or 10 dollars. The soup is rich and tasty, definitely have to match with rice to enjoy.

The chicken feet are inconsistent. The first one is a bit dry, while the second one is plump and juicy, just like the mushroom.

炸酱面(Zha Jiang Mian) aka noodles with soybean paste was thick & savoury, noodles were soft, thin, chewy & slurpy. It was enjoyable.
(红油炒手)Sichuan red oil wontons was super, the sourness & spicyness from the vinegar & chilli oil was mixed evenly. The wontons were generous in the meat while the skin was slim & smooth. Hooray, for the lots of meat.😍

It was a normal weekend like any other day; just that I need to go to work.
Yup... Work.
That day, the crave for hokkien mee is strong & also meeting crew over there to cab together. Before meeting them, I went to this hokkien mee store which is beside Shun Feng Crayfish Delight. It seem to me like had change owner or is I too long no go there eat liao & wanted to try.
So I 打包(takeaway) & go meet them liao. Once in cab, I enter the front seat and place my hokkien mee on the mat. On the way, the smell is tempting me & making me larry d hungry.
Ah Ha! You might have guess correctly by now. Indeed, once I left the cab, I forget to take my hokkien mee.😭 Donate to the cab uncle liao.😂 Got to dream of you liao.
