Got one of each to try - filled with bak kwa, pork floss and yam; and also picked up the intriguing Cereal Momoji, which turned out really yummy! Burst of flavours and very interesting textures combined. It’s basically BreadTalk’s signature Pork Floss bun in a light chiffon cheese cake form. Super soft and very flavourful (sweet), a little spicy too. Worth a try!! 👍🏻

Breadtalk has certainly embraced the spirit of giving this season, with 2 slices of their latest Yuletide log cakes going at a major steal ($1!!) for those using OCBC cards on Applepay! Of course, being the “auntie” I am, I had these two slices to round off my meal. Unlike traditional log cakes, these ones are slathered in a smooth gelatinous mirror glaze infused with strawberry and hazelnut flavors. The chocolate one was preferable - with just the right level of sweetness and a perfectly creamy texture, there was no “jialat” feeling (a common aftermath from sweet treats)!
