I’ve wanted to try Beverly Hills Cheesecake since they first opened but never got the chance to, so imagine my utter joy when I was sent their 6” Salted Caramel Cheesecake. Here we’re looking at a caramel cheesecake and caramel mousse sitting on a blondie base, topped with a layer of salted caramel. To be completely honest (in true CEB fashion), I unfortunately didn’t exactly love this. Don’t get me wrong: the texture of the regular cheesecake layer was fabulous. Creamy, smooth, and rich. As a whole though I found the cheesecake way too sweet and cloying. I would’ve appreciated a stronger hint of salt to balance out all the sugar, considering the multiple caramel components + the blondie.
From the folks behind the popular American chain restaurant, The Cheesecake Factory, comes this dessert kiosk in the basement of Raffles City. Order the Classic Cheesecake $7.90 for creamy California-style cheesecake on a crumbly graham cracker base. Otherwise, go for the decadent Godiva Double Chocolate Cheesecake ($10.90) or Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake ($10.90). You can also order the cakes whole (from $89) in an assortment of flavours — Red Velvet, Wild Strawberries and Cream, Chocolate Cherry, and Mango Key Lime.

This one is super creamy and smooth. Not crazily sweet and the crackers at the bottom are so well done.
Not cheap but a good treat when that cheesecake craving calls 😋

Caramel flavored cheesecake (S$8.90).
White chocolate rasberry cheesecake had a generous amount of berries. The cheesecake was dense and creamy. A good cheesecake.
The other was very chocolately but it was so good. Cheese taste wasn’t as much as the other one.
