For $4.50, cheapest thing on the menu. This is really addictive. I forgot how tasty it was until 9 years later. Blew me away.
And if you think open face sandwich is the trend setter, think again. This Bao establishment is no new kids on the block, but it's Bao not only comes in a great variety but are both creative in their names and the ingredients used e.g 雞豬精 bun which sounds like "蜘蛛" or spider! Bao包子 is a traditional staple in ancient china. The transformation itself is already invigorating and something I think . This one featured is my favourite (chicken chunks, egg yolk, mushroom and a slice of Chinese sausage) which sets you thinking of how it would look like, serving half a bun, which is indeed so. A very ingenious way to share an otherwise too big a bun to divulge alone.
Available for takeaway and pre-orders at $3.80 per serving for Christmas events and gifts.
There is also a ‘Snap and Win’ Contest: Upload a instagram picture of Frostie Mini and hashtag #BaoTodaySG.
The most number of likes at the end of the contest on 25th December 2015 will walk away with $200 worth of attractive prizes.
