[CLOSED] Baikohken Ramen Restaurant (KINEX)

Baikohken at North Canal Road was my go-to ramen growing up - however, after shifting to Takashimaya, the standard of the shop had dropped and I rarely went back. Was pleasantly surprised to find a branch at OneKM mall. Ordered miso chashu ramen ($12?! The same bowl at the taka branch costs about $16) - super value for money as it comprised 5 pieces (!) of chashu. Portion was massive, soup was very tasty, with decent noodles and decent chashu (some may find that the chashu is too tough as they use pork shoulder which is leaner, but personally I like lean meat instead of the fattier cuts). Beansprouts were good too. 100% will be back!
