Enjoy dining without burning a hole in your pocket, no membership required
[Back Alley] Our local night market has underwent a somewhat transformation in recent times. No longer will you only see the usual Ramly burgers, kebabs or muah chee, nowadays there's speciality food stalls such as Back Alley, selling fresh churros with our favourite toppings.
Pictured is the Oreo Churros ($4.50) which comes with a sauce of your choice, for this instance, condensed milk was chosen. As it was made to order, the churros came piping hot and there was no oily stench from overused oil.
One good thing about being in a night market is that it usually stays in a place for a couple of weeks before moving on to the next location, which is good for us who stay in different parts of Singapore.
