I felt like I was hit by a right hook when I took a sip of the broth that has a rich seafood notes. The fish itself is crispy on the exterior while moist and extremely tender soft on the inside and has a clean taste. I am honestly surprise by how meaty the fish is. It also comes with generous potion of clams, prawns and vermicelli. The slippery, vermicelli soak up the flavour of the broth making it extremely slurpworthy. The prawns and clams just like the fish, are very fresh.
