stir-fried Vermicelli (jelly grass) noodles with chili, egg, shrimp, and squid.
Chicken was nicely fried and spiced. Loved the sambal which packed a huge punch!

Asli village is a hidden gem that serves up a plethora of authentic Malay and halal thai cuisine. My nasi Ayam Merah was satisfying and tasted very homely. Absolutely loved the sweet tomato chilli sauce drizzled all over the chicken. Veggies were absolutely yum as well!

Selling desserts (cakes and cookies) in a middle of other hawker food - where asli is located. Not too bad for the Rainbow cake (we shared) and still couldn't finish it - i guess the signature cake is Lava molten cake which maybe we will try that next time!
