[CLOSED] Weng Pancake (Maxwell)

My favourite grab-and-go breakfast from Maxwell Food Centre: 70cents red bean pancake! This stall (No. 26) is literally called Pancake and the chewy pandan pancake goes really well with the generous red bean filling. It comes with coconut and peanut filling too. On lucky days, you get a freshly sliced pancake that is still warm from the pan, yums😋!

Available in 4 different flavours but left with only peanut when we reach around 12pm. Peanut fillings was very fragance and full of peanut flavour with sugar that is just of the right sweetness. But the texture of the pandan-flavoured mee chang kueh skin was a little tough, probably this last piece was left on the board quite sometimes ago. Will give their other flavours another try the next time!

We tried the peanut,, red bean and coconut. My fav is the latter. Generous amount of shredded coconut but isn’t too sweet. 😋
