The "Chee Cheong Fun" v 2.0 is an interesting play on the classic dish using coconut agar agar as the skin wrapped around sweet mango. Black okinawan sugar substitutes the sweet sauce whilst a strawberry syrup stands in for the chili sauce. || overall, a innovative dessert that could use more of a crunch somewhere.
