Mala Aburi Chashu
Come with choice of base either Egg Garlic Chan, Kombu Mien or Shishito Mien. I choose Egg Garlic Chahan & totally love it. The Egg Garlic Fried Rice is cook to fluffy with a moist texture & a strong wok hey aromatic with the combination flavours of eggy garlicky fragrant. The caramelised Chashu in Szechwan Mala Sauce is super tender, with mild mala spice, super shiok.

Schnitzel with Curry Rice
This plant-based
schnitzel is fried till excellent. Thin Crispy on the outside, tender & juicy on the inside, it has everything you expect from a schnitzel. The curry here is seriously good as well. The aroma & taste when add to the rice & schnitzel brings it to another level. The egg is super runny adding creaminess to the rice as the yolk flows down the rice.
Classic Fish & Chips.
Large piece of thinly battered fish served with warm fries on side.
The fish is well fried still crispy crunchy on the outside & moist tender soft on the inside. When I cut into the fish the crunch could be heard even though the coffeeshop is so noisy. ASMR!
