The Egg Garlic Fried Rice is cook to fluffy with a moist texture & a strong wok hey aromatic with the combination flavours of eggy garlicky fragrant. The caramelised Chashu in Szechwan Mala Sauce is super tender, with mild mala spice, super shiok.
