One of my favourites was their signature "Le Omm", a Matcha soufflé sponge cake layered with Mascarpone cheese spiked with a tinge of rum and Matcha powder. The cheese gave the cake a creamy mouthfeel and slight sweetness to balance out the natural bitterness of the Matcha. It was paired with the Oriental Green tea from @antea.social which complemented the underlying light bitter notes of the cake. It was a match made in heaven 😌

Sauce ($16). The sauce had quite a nice flavour and came topped with century egg. It was definitely lacking in wok hei though, which probably proves that dishes like these are best enjoyed in hawker centers/coffee shops. #burpple #chinese #fusion

But since we didn't, I guess the Seafood Pizza ($38) came as a close second? Topped with a San Marzano tomato sauce, clams, squids, prawns, garlic, chili flakes & parsley. It was just like a #marinara pasta, on a #pizza!

One of our favourites had to be the Hakka Crispy Kurobuta Pork Belly ($18). It was crisply fried on the outside while retaining the tenderness of the meat. It was really fragrant thanks to the marinade of fermented beancurd, Chinese wine and spices, and was enhanced further when paired with the wholegrain mustard on the side. Shiok! 👍🏼 #burpple #asian
A combination that can't go wrong with ingredients sourced directly from Italy! Think San Marzano tomatoes, Mozarella Fior di latte and fresh basil. The handmade crust had a crisp texture, and was very easy to eat.

Floral lovers would gravitate straight towards the perfume-y Eternal Garden that had a delicious rose aroma.

For more robust tea flavours, I'd highly recommend the Milk Tea, or Matcha.

And for those who prefer something more subtle might go for the lighter Earl Grey.
