Special Flame Seared Marble Beef With Beef Balls Noodle Soup ($16.8+)
I was skeptical at first because in the image the beec all looks the same, but it's actually nice! The meat is sooo soft and easy to bite, the noodle is soft and easy to eat, and the soup is the best! It's so savory I finish all the soup! Totallt recommended!
Grilled Beef Spring Rolls ($5.8+)
The spring rolls is nice and fresh! The veggie is fresh and crispy (although they include coriander which i don't really like) and the beef was springy but somehow still soft. The thai sauce that comes with it also tastes sweet and fresh makes it even better!
Spicy hot crayfish ($36+)
The crayfish shell is super hard to crack I'm not sure why, but the sauce is sooo addictive. If you love mala sauce you'll love this for sure, it's just not that easy to eat
Sweet Potato Salted Egg Pao (forgot the price, around $2~$4)
The salted egg paste inside is actually a bit dry for me, so it depends on your preference, but I love the crispy anda bit salty/sweet taste of the pao! It's not sickening type of sweet and the crispy texture makes it fun to eat.
Rice Roll With Prawn ($3.8)
Swee Choon is famous already and I think it's a no wonder they're famous! It's not that expensive and yet the taste is sooo good and fresh! There's 4pcs i think in 1 portion, and it's so fresh! I love the soy sauce that comes along with it, it's not the sweet sauce they usually serve in Singapore, but the salty Hongkong style and so I love it!
60'c Chicken Breast ($18.9 Beyond 1-for-1)
The chicken breast is cooked in sous vide, meaning it's cooked in vacuum bag. It's so easy to cut and eat like grilled chicken but it's not dry at all! It's served with mashed potato that heavily tastes like milk, so if you like milky taste (which i love) you'll enjoy this meal!

This one is sooo funny! The noodle is so springy and good and the soy sauce that comes with it also good (but it's a bit too salty for me) and the drunken chicken is basically like a herbal chicken and it's so good and soft! I could also taste truffle oil on the noodle and chicken. The lava egg also good.
But overall, it looks like combination of what's famous all over in Singapore together in 1 bowl, so it's not really complements each other. That's why it's funny.
