We were half expecting bar grubs but the dishes on the menu at Rumours Beach Club shows the seriousness of the team in showcasing a strong Balinese offering. This is the Balinese Mixed Rice we had which is quite delicious.

This Fortune Delight Crispy Silver Hill Duck with Glutinous Rice uses Ireland duck from Silver Hill Farm and is marinated with many types of ingredients including Chinese Rice Wine. It is definitely a heavyweight dish to have at home, and the size is easily good for 8 pax.

1-V:U, also pronounced as one view, is a new Day Club and Restaurant concept under one roof located in The Outpost Hotel! We started with some addictive bites like Chips with Kombu Truffle Oil and Crispy Cauliflower Florets, though we have to say that we were also very distracted by the amazing view of Sentosa and the sea here as well.

Checked out Teck Hin Delicacies (01-30) at Ghim Moh and for $2, it is very good value.

Days when we love our truffle fries and pool by the beach. We verified the rumours ourselves and it is official that the few weeks old @RumoursBeachClub in Siloso Beach is the only beach club currently with three pools. Yes, it was a good dip!
