Don’t flame us this way leh! Probably the most heated dining moment we had!
The heat is real, sweated a little for that few seconds of theatrical display. We had a preview of Menbaka Fire Ramen from Kyoto which is opening on 24 November In Cineleisure Orchard, their first outlet overseas with just one outlet in Japan much to our surprise.

Always love a good counter seat for omakase meals!
Here’s our chef preparing our A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Don from @GinzaShintoSG, a relatively new contemporary Japanese omakase restaurant in Mohamed Sultan!

Japan’s number one Tendon chain restaurant, Tempura Tendon Tenya or popularly known as @TenyaSG has opened at Orchard Central few days ago. Very value for money for the price tag, and you don’t get that greasy taste or smell after your meal.

Because it is Matcha.
It is also a 3-storey teahouse space which speaks so much to us, other than being a luxury as well in space constraint Singapore.
Zen, touches of wood, clean and sleek interior design. We have our favourite teahouse and cafe spot in town now, well done Hvala Keong Saik!

The second Sushiro has opened at Shaw Centre in Orchard Road and we cleared all of this!
This signature donburi has a generous serving of beef slices, cubes of foie gras, caviar and an onsen egg for $25.
Other than the ease of solo dining, the quality of meats are pretty good for its price. Have you tried this yet? Let us know what you think!
Couldn’t resist dropping by LZZ for its delicious Wu Xiang when we were in the vicinity earlier!
Pretty decent bento set from this Japanese restaurant in Tanjong Pagar, and they serve relatively affordable omakase sets as well.
A pretty nondescript stall in a coffeeshop right opposite Xin Min Primary School, we had both the normal wanton mee and the pork ribs noodles. Can’t do without extra fried wanton too, cravings satisfied!
