Loved this refreshing #cocktail as it was fruity & sweet without being overwhelmingly alcoholic. An approachable mid-week drink without the rough flavour of cheap tequila. I wonder how this artisanal reposado tastes on its own as it had been matured for 10 months in bourbon barrels.
The ham component is made of Jamon Ibérico Paleta and the light brown sand next to it was Sourdough Crumbs. The scallop was marinated with Sherry vinaigrette and decorated with little dots of pea & mint purée. A lovely combination of flavors, this was one of my favourite dishes this evening. #yummy #sgfood #burpple

When we were told we'd have to catch our own fish, we were horrified! What? OMG! That might take too long! We'd all die from hunger! Can we bribe the staff to catch the fish for us? But no, we were given a rod & line so A had to fish for us before we die from hunger. Seriously, no pressure. Within a few minutes, A got a bite on the line...lotsa screaming and splashing later, the fish was given to the staff to be um, handled appropriately. At first glance, one might be fooled into thinking that this dish is served with raw egg yolk, maybe for dipping the crisp chicken bits into? The sunny orbs are meant to be consumed after you're done with giving your palate and lips a tingly and spicy journey. I loved the succulent chunks of chicken encased within a crisp crust and will explore asking for more heat on my next visit. I was a little apprehensive about how lamb in Chu Hou sauce would taste as I usually eat beef in Chu Hou sauce but this was da bomb. Tender and flavourful without any gamey taste, the savoury filling went perfectly with the slightly sweet and soft bun pockets. I can't wait to get another fix soon! #yummy #foodporn #burpple
One of my favourite dishes this evening at NUDE Seafood's Friday Feast, the prawn was perfectly cooked retaining its natural sweetness and a tender texture. The chilled capellini was flavourful without being excessively seasoned. #yummy #foodporn #burpple
The prawns were overdone but the fluffy scrambled egg were like golden drops of sunshine on a gloomy and hazy day. Am I the only one wondering when the awfully oppressive cloak of haze will clear so we can see the clear blue skies that are a gift from God again? #foodporn #sgfood #yummy
