I was a little apprehensive about how lamb in Chu Hou sauce would taste as I usually eat beef in Chu Hou sauce but this was da bomb. Tender and flavourful without any gamey taste, the savoury filling went perfectly with the slightly sweet and soft bun pockets. I can't wait to get another fix soon! #yummy #foodporn #burpple
