Soft Bao with juicy tasty meat, and theres some egg. Bought from Kimly Dim Sum.
Got the $4.50 portion. Quite alot. Changed the noodles to kway teow. Wantons were tasty. Overall value for money 👍
Pretty simple dish, noodles with minced meat and shredded cucumbers. $4 for this. The portion size is good and filling for 1 person. The noodles are on the softer side, not the firm al dente chewy type. Overall okay for filling the stomach.
Love these dumplings, nicely fried crispy on the outside. The pork & chives fillings was generous, juicy and not too salty. Good price 9pc at $5.
Ordered 2 kosong pratas (S$2.60). This stall is known for their crispy prata It's freshly made served hot, and goes really well with curry. One of the best if you like paper thin crispy type. The center part was soft and chewy.

One of my favourite McDonald's cone flavour. It's pretty sweet but soo chocolatey good! Hope this flavour comes back soon.
Tried their Nasi Goreng ($5.90), added on extra chicken curry $0.50
The rice is fried with ikan bilis and other spices. It was a little spicy. A tad oily and salty. Came with fried egg and cucumber slices.
My favourite drink at Ya Kun other than their normal hot coffee. Taste so good with the soya. Must try!
Heard their braised pork rice is veryyy similar to those in Taiwan, so I wanted to try it.
Ordered set meal A (S$6.80) which came with braised pork rice and popcorn chicken. Added an extra S$1 to get the Braised Chinese Cabbage as well to the set.
Well braised savoury tender pork and sauce went really well with the pearl rice; the egg was soft and the cucumber was crunchy and not too sour. Chilli on the side was really spicy! 🔥🔥
Love the popcorn chicken too! Tasty and served hot and crispy.
Overall a good delicious meal at reasonable price. Recommended 👍

Hidden gem in this hawker centre!
S$6 for the curry and S$2.40 for 2 Pratas. Really filling meal.
I like the Pratas which was super flaky, fluffy on the inside, and not too oily; texture similar to puff pastry.
The pot of chicken curry comes with boneless chicken thigh, potatoes chunks and one whole egg. Flavorful and not too spicy. The friendly owner says there's no MSG added, which is great.
The stall is located right at a corner, so it's easy to miss.

Kolo Mee (S$5.50) which i think is tossed in lard and shallot oil. Love the texture of the springy noodles 💯; not too soft and has a nice bite! The tender and tasty minced meat and char siew goes well with the noodles.
Ordered their Signature Laksa Bee Hoon (S$6.30). Comes with 3 prawns, bean sprouts, shredded egg omelette, shredded chicken and coriander. Broth is full of flavour, smooth, slightly creamy and not too spicy.
Not sure how this compares to the authentic ones in Sarawak, but the food is delicious.
