Aside from the usual cuts, you MUST look out for this awesomely unforgettable oxtail which left everyone asking for a second serving. This makes wagyu steak so mainstream. 🤣
At $28, this portion is better shared with another because you will want to get a bowl of rice and drench it with the richly fragrant red wine sauce as well. While at it, enjoy divine moments by slowly savouring the soft-until-can-die beef.

The yam was soft and remained moist while the flaky skin did it's job imparting a different texture to the mash.

Within the purplish yam ball, was a flowy mish mash of sweet banana and savoury mayonnaise.

Topped with diced mango for decoration and that extra sweetness, this is the perfect dimsum to start the day with, Singaporean way!

At first look, just meesua, soup, spring onion, scallops and some seafood.

Little did we know that the real treasure was in the luxurious broth until we tried it. It was smooth, yet so thick. Clear, yet full of soupiliciously seafood fragrance.

Btw, the meesua didnt turn gooey too. 😃

We thought this Stir-fried “Hong Kong” Kai Lan with King Oyster Mushrooms,
Dried Shrimp and Chili Padi (子椒虾米鸡腿菇炒香港芥兰) was simply another veg dish. In the end, everybody raved about the dish.

The ultra crispy fried hay bee that was used to garnish the dish was crazy. I could have a simple meal of this dish with white rice.

Typical of #Cantonese way of cooking Kailan, the veg was cooked until just soft enough to bite. It was then served with stir fried chunky king oyster mushrooms with chilli padi.

Been wanting to bring my parents to Peach Blossoms. I'd order this for them to try! $24 for this serving size - totally not ex at all given the venue and quality and there was enough to go around for he table.

The tenderness of this Braised Lamb Ribs with Bean Curd Stick

(古法支竹羊排煲) was unbelievable. The meat literally dropped off the bone with just a slight tear.

Braised for hours, the juicy ribs provided a savoury flavour that went deep into the bones. Don't miss out sucking the ends of the bones to extract out the maximum flavour!

I normally don't eat soya bean products. But I finished the "tou kee" just to slurp all the gravy. 🤗
