We thought this Stir-fried “Hong Kong” Kai Lan with King Oyster Mushrooms,
Dried Shrimp and Chili Padi (子椒虾米鸡腿菇炒香港芥兰) was simply another veg dish. In the end, everybody raved about the dish.

The ultra crispy fried hay bee that was used to garnish the dish was crazy. I could have a simple meal of this dish with white rice.

Typical of #Cantonese way of cooking Kailan, the veg was cooked until just soft enough to bite. It was then served with stir fried chunky king oyster mushrooms with chilli padi.

Been wanting to bring my parents to Peach Blossoms. I'd order this for them to try! $24 for this serving size - totally not ex at all given the venue and quality and there was enough to go around for he table.
