Decided to preorder this on Oddle as we heard about the long waiting time. The downside to this is that when you pick it up, thereโs a chance that the Sammy wonโt be piping hot. ๐ข Which greatly affects the tasting experience!

The pasta was interesting and unique as weโve never had it nor seen it before in other Italian restaurants.
Itโs a ribbon pasta that went perfectly with the creamy sauce.
The curled shape served as the perfect scoop for the sauce.
The chewiness and texture was reminiscent of a mee hoon kueh. ๐ฒ served perfectly al dente
Super excited to go back and try the other pastas! They rotate the selections every day and bring 3 pastas to your table for your choosing.

By default, pasta portions are 100g, weโd suggest upsizing even for the average eater, but if you were to get appetizers, 100g would suffice.
The bill came to $55, not the cheapest meal for a casual joint, but for its unique pastas and how well everything is cooked, its a win for us.
