Weโve never had fresh pasta before and were pretty excited to try it out. Fun fact: After Googling, we found out that eggs are used in fresh pasta but not in dry. ๐ฌ
๐ Pasta of Choice - Paprika mafalde
The pasta was interesting and unique as weโve never had it nor seen it before in other Italian restaurants.
Itโs a ribbon pasta that went perfectly with the creamy sauce.
The curled shape served as the perfect scoop for the sauce.
The chewiness and texture was reminiscent of a mee hoon kueh. ๐ฒ served perfectly al dente
Super excited to go back and try the other pastas! They rotate the selections every day and bring 3 pastas to your table for your choosing.

A really good cream pasta by itself but we found that the other pasta with truffle really made it so much better and easier to polish off

Truffle pate was generously sandwiched between nicely toasted brioche bread. Each bite made us go oooh la la~
The beef bacon was really good too, complemented the melted mozzarella really well. But it was the truffle for us ๐๐ป
By default, pasta portions are 100g, weโd suggest upsizing even for the average eater, but if you were to get appetizers, 100g would suffice.
The bill came to $55, not the cheapest meal for a casual joint, but for its unique pastas and how well everything is cooked, its a win for us.
