My favorite dish out all items ordered with juicy salmon steak pan-seared till crisp on the exterior and topped with ikura.
.
While the rest of dishes worked conceptually, the execution does requires some skill honing for the flavors of the dishes were kind of out of my usual expectation.

Ending the day on a savoury sweet note as we sink out teeth into soft molten salted egg core to relief Monday frustrations.
.
The thing I like about their ice cream is that it's generally not too sweet and the friendly staffs would recommend pairing flavors to complement with lava cookie of choice.

Conveniently located at city square level 6 (I didn't know there's a level 6), comes with the option of white or black; former tossed in shallot oil while latter doused in sweet and spicy dark sauce.
.
I like their plump wanton and noodles for its light springiness but the sauce could probably use some extra oomph. (I think is the missing pork lard)

Extremely crispy western sio bak with an addictive crunch. But I wished for thicker cuts of meat. 😞

Instead of the usual spring onions, one of Kajiken's seasonal special ramen comes topped with load of coriander leaves together with minced meat in Tantan sauce.
.
Slightly spicy and savoury with the fragance of coriander, either you like it or hate it. Now who's a coriander fan like me ?
