Mala mee - noodles, fresh prawns and well seasoned minced meat. The first mouthful made us nearly cry, but after all those heat, it left us wanting for more.

Nicely seared, the beef was juicy and tender, taste of truffle wasn't as strong as I'd like but still a pretty good bowl to chase away the blues. Was served the wrong bowl with that buttery looking foie gras but I was honest so I didn't get to try it π #burpple

It was good, filing and quite affordable, but with the 1.5hr q, i wouldn't have it again. I'd got the the Tanjong Pagar one where the q is more than half and there's a chawamushi with my rice bowl and also free flow tea.
Not bad just a little too little beef and the slices are really thin. It's quite affordable at lunch prices and the ambience is nice and quiet, service staff are quite attentive at the same time.
