This stack of pancakes come in 4 layers, topped with soft bananas, ricotta, crunchy pistachio bits and honey. Top it up with some honeycomb for another $3, it really goes a long way! Be sure to get a bit of the creamy riccotta with every bite. Also, the presentation is superb. End off with their aromatic long black. Photo by Huixuan Tan.
The French toast at Maison Ikkoku is served either with fresh berries, or sea salt caramel. Two large pieces of toast drenched generously with sea salt caramel, topped with roasted walnuts, caramelised bananas and mascarpone cream cheese with a cinnamon-coated orange. If you like sweet desserts, this will be perfect for sharing! Photo by C G.
Already known for their great brunch items, such as their Flan (which you should get before these waffles), Symmetry also nails the waffle. At $14, bananas, strawberries, peanut butter, hazelnut chocolate, maple syrup and vanilla ice cream sit atop crispy, fluffy waffles. Get an extra scoop of blueberry ice cream for a near-perfect dish! This is my go-to place for my waffles and magic fix.
This place is a hidden gem in the East. Their earl grey cake goes really well with their coffees.
Quiet place to chill. Burgers was decent. Mentaiko fries are to die for here!

Break of Dawn (basically it's big breakfast) and Signature Eggs Benedict. Also Chemex and Latte. Nothing that I particularly liked and there's nothing to picked on as well so I guess that's pretty good. 😂😂 I'm a bad food reviewer lol
Ordered the American breakfast, pancakes stack with gelato, gelato waffles as well as truffle fries. Hmm, only the truffle fries stood out. The rest was pretty mediocre but however, for the prices that we paid, it was quite reasonable. Pancakes were fluffy but tasteless, meh. And the pink sauce didn't make it any better. BUT the ice cream did some saving tbh. Waffles was just normal. The breakfast would be better if they have some mushrooms as well as artisan bread instead of those sliced bread from bread loaves in NTUC 🙊🙊 coffee was good, and I heard from a friend after, saying he was some award winning barista, no wonder the coffee was good.....
Love the food here. And the best part, is a pet cafe! 🐶
Finally tried the Whoaffles at Hatter Street. And yes it's the long weekend alr!!
Travel to Changi village to savor these irresistably cute latte art.
