This Muddy ($19.90) comes with a mountain of chilli, jalapeño, caramelised onions, corn chips, avocado & Monterey Jack cheese — all with your choice of beef or chicken patty. Gotta say, no gourmet burger here, but you're bound to leave pleased with a decent mega hearty 🍔 Biggest peeve was that the patty came overcooked, but the chewy hamburg steak-like texture and flavour was quite interesting!

This was some uniquely-hued burger buns! Tasted good tho! Loaded some carbs into ma' system, with a huge huge Portobello 🍄 that was juicy, succulent, thick & flavourful~ the smoked chipotle sauce was also decent! 3.4/5; would return to try other burgers with their other sauces next time!

We didn't have a full meal here, just a couple of bites of my dining companion's cheesesteak sandwich. It was perfectly flavoured, not overly cheesy, and leaves you wanting more. Lovely welcoming atmosphere too, definitely relaxing if you come outside the usual office peak hours. Will definitely be back to try the other sandwich flavours or takeaway if I'm in the area again!

This is a place you'll go to when you're in the mood to explore new places in the neighborhood on a Saturday afternoon. Located in the deep end of the food court, Flambé serves pasta, burgers, steaks and fish fare. I had the beef patty done medium rare marinated with a hint of chimichurri. It went really well with the caramelized onions, bacon and cheese giving you a burst of flavors. I can totally imagine this served at nicer environments at double the price. Satisfaction!

A hearty meal that's perfect when you're craving for something meaty! 6oz of juicy homemade beef patty, nicely toasted buns, molten grilled mix cheese (seller!) & Danish blue cheese aioli 😍 Comes w a side of sweet potato & potato combi fries. $17 well-spent! 👍🏻

Impressed by their chicken waffles, this time I'd ordered their 3P Burger($24). It is amazig how much meat they can squeeze into this burger. There is the 3 P's (Pulled Pork, Pork Belly, Candied Bacon), red cabbage slaw, apple sauce, jalapeño aioli and fried onions. There's so much in between the 2 buns that I had a hard time devouring it, not that I'm complaining though 😝 . Definitely my new favourite in this place. 😋

All burgers go for $15++ every Tuesday! I am very partial to burgers with mushrooms so it was no surprise that I enjoyed this a lot. I asked for the patty to be done medium but it came medium-well, so you might want to order something rarer than your usual. That said, the thick patty was still really juicy, and I especially liked how it was seasoned, which brought out the meaty flavours of the beef. No grisly bits in the mince either! Do note that the truffle flavour was not very pronounced as only the aioli contained truffle, so diehard fans of truffle would be better off getting their truffle mac & cheese.

This joint in Cluny Court helmed by local celebrity chef Willin Low has long been known for its tasty gourmet burgers, and we are happy to report that standards are still high! We love the high ceilings and natural light too, it's just the right setting for a laid-back weekend meal. The Wild Rocket Beef Burger ($19.20) may look dry but it wasn't at all — the patty was juicy and cooked to spot-on doneness (we asked for medium rare). Combined with rocket leaves, sun-dried tomato relish and Sarawak pepper cream, this burger is basic, but delicious. Cheese lovers may want to try the Blue Cheese & William Pear Beef Burger ($21.90) — this Burpple community favourite sees a blue cheese-infused beef patty, walnut-peanut butter, poached pear and rocket. Every burger comes with a choice of a side salad or thick cut fries (top up $3 to add truffle or change to onion rings, $4 for Spam fries).

What can I say, this might be one of the best burgers out there, especially at this price. Those buns were charred to perfection and were pillowy soft but never soggy. The 170g Australian beef patty was well seasoned and done medium well (their default done-ness unless you request otherwise). The bacon was straightforward - crispy and fatty just the way you want it to be - while the cheese never overpowered the beef and only served to complement. You may be tempted to order the Huber's Dry Aged Beef Burger instead, with its 200g patty and sundried tomato aoli, but you won't be as satisfied compared to eating this bacon & cheese combo. Will totally come back with my family again. It's a very kid friendly place full of families having weekend lunch. The greenery outside and the nice playground really sets the mood too. If you're willing to wait, sitting inside is a lot more comfortable.

With its success of the shroom burger, one can't go wrong with The Alpha. I mean double patties stuffed into a brioche bun for $15.90? No complaints from me!
