The croissant below is crispy flaky and buttery, a decent piece of croissant. Topped with scrambled egg above as shown. But the star of the show is the cream sauce with mushroom and spinach. The cream tastes like cream soup / cream chowder soup. I feel like it complements the creamy scrambled egg really well. However the croissant gets a bit soggy after a while, but then it means it soaks all the flavour from the creamy egg. Overall I really like this dish, it’s also a dish that’s very hard to go wrong.
The another dish I did not get to try, but my friend told me it’s good to I guess it’s worth a try too. It’s really pretty too!
The white coffee has a very robust coffee flavour, it has the bitterness of coffee and it’s not very sweet. The layer of whipped cream adds really nice creaminess and thickness to the mouthfeel of the coffee. The cocoa bits adds some bites to the drink, I think it’s a very nice dimension.
Matcha latte is really nice too. I was not having high expectation as matcha latte can go wrong very easily. But this is higher than my expectation. It’s smooth with matcha flavour. I think the matcha flavour can be stronger, other than that it’s a good drink.
The Christmas special peppermint mocha didn’t have peppermint flavour. It tastes the worse out of all the drinks we ordered. But the look is really cute.
The pesto pasta is full of pesto flavour, if you love pesto, you will love it. There are bits of prawn in the pasta, adds a really nice seafood flavour to this dish. However, will prefer if they put whole prawn instead of small bits of it. For the price, whole prawn will look more pricey.
The seared salmon is really delicious, it’s well cooked. the meat is really tender. I love the bell pepper and baked potato together with the salmon. It feels a lot healthier.
The mentaiko pasta looks meh but it’s really yummy and flavourful. Don’t get deceived by the appearance.
However the pizza on another hand was mehhh. The dough was good though, it’s chewy. During payment, the cashier told me to get burrata pizza instead. If y’all are going, do get that!
The place is quiet, seems to be short of
staff. It’s still a nice place to hang out with friends.
We order both salmon dishes, the salmon is well cooked. It’s still tender and flavourful. However it took quite long for the food to arrive.
Went on a Saturday, it was quiet and not crowded. It’s nice to just hang out with friend and have chat there.
Cheesy chicken have sides of fries and salad. Fries are like usual thick fries, not that consistent with the crispiness. The salad is nice and basic with Japanese sesame sauce. The cheese on the chicken is amazing! Two types of cheeses: nacho and slice cheese torched to slightly charred. It adds so much flavour. However, there’s the fatty layer on the chicken that’s quite thick and a little bit of a turn off for me.

The carbonara is topped with an egg yolk and ham. The egg yolk was runny and adds creaminess to the pasta. This is one of the good carbonara out there thats not overly milky but still creamy at the same time. However, should eat it fast while it’s hot. A bit jelat when it’s cold.

The environment during this period is really got the Christmas vibe! The staffs there are really friendly, brought us to our table and intro to us about the burpple offer.
The chicken burger and salmon rice bowl is really generous and delicious. We can’t finish our food, which is quite wasteful. I really like the salmon rice bowl a lot. For the chicken burger, the fries are a little bit too salty for me.
I order mojito too, it’s nice too but just an ordinary mojito.
Overall I enjoyed my time there and would go back again.
The ice cream waffle has the crispy kinda waffle, with slightly chewier inner texture. When the ice cream soaks into the waffle, some of the outer layer still remains crispy and it’s really good.
Got really typical flavours of ice cream like the chocolate one and strawberry one. If not didn’t it’s called summer strawberry? I really love it, it’s slightly tart and not overly sweet, it feels refreshing!
The lychee soda it’s a meh for me, i got it cause i want a refreshing drink. it’s a pricey drink, i personally feel like it’s not worth the price.
To add on, i think the ambience is really nice and romantic. The lights on the ceiling give this place a very nice touch. Good for couple !
1 for 1 Grilled Chicken Parmesan with Marinara Sauce is served with mushroom soup.
The mushroom soup is amazing with strong flavour of truffle oil and amazing mushroom flavour.
The Grilled Chicken is served with aligo olio. The texture of chicken is crispy on the skin, with torched parmesan on top of it. The chicken is not as flavourful as it looks, good for people who prefer their food to be less salty. The aligo olio is also not salty enough for me, but I guess it’s good for heart health so i will take it.
Order mentaiko fries as side. It taste like mayo instead of mentaiko, for me it’s quite disappointing maybe I was comparing it with Genki’s mentaiko fries.
Went during dinner time, quite crowded with around 15 min waiting time for the main dish.
with burpple deal, the price is affordable. however, i feel like there are nicer place. but if you’re nearby and wanna try, give it a go!
Ordered thai style kangkong, pandan chicken, green curry and basil pork.
Thai style kangkong is savoury and not too spicy, really yummy.
pandan chicken is my favourite from this place! its so fragrant and packed with flavours! please try this if you’re there.
green curry is really yummy too but it did not stand out.
basil pork was too spicy for me and taste is just okay. i wouldn’t recommend this if you’re there unless you really love basil pork.
overall, i will give:
7.5/10 for food
6/10 for ambience
9/10 for price (really affordable)
The food is really good. The tomyum vongole is really creative and unique, the flavour is really strong and the spice has kick to it. For the brunch burger, the chicken is really crispy and yummy, however will prefer without the bbq sauce.
The place is cosy and quiet with many soft toys around. Good for friends who wanna spend time talking or for people with kids.
The food is really good and staff were really friendly and nice to us. Had Salmon don and Chicken don with yakitori, salad, and a cup of green tea with w choice of hot or iced.
Food portion is really huge and it’s really worth the price.
However, I want to say that the store is slightly small and we had to wait around 5-10 mins for a seat. We went around 6+pm so if you want to avoid the dinner crowd might wanna go earlier.
Overall, my experience there was pleasant and would visit again.
