Depending on where you head to, an order of roast duck can stretch you pretty thin, budget wise. In comes this roast duck specialist, which has outlets in both Textile Centre and People's Park Complex. Described to be a fusion between Peking duck and Hong Kong roast duck, the Roast Duck is priced at $15 and, judging from reviews, is both affordable and tasty. The ducks are sourced from Malaysia, and roasted for about an hour to cook through and develop their signature crisp, all while maintaining the tender, well-marinated meat. Even though it has just opened this year, The Duck Master has already amassed legions of fans — its People's Park location was once reported to have a three-hour waiting time. Thankfully for us, they have set up an online system, which makes the whole purchase process a lot more seamless. Place an order for the duck online and select your preferred time and location for pick up. Just be reminded that online orders may not be permitted for same day collection.
Avg Price: $15 per person

There is a looooooooooong queue!! It take me about 1 hour and 20 mins to touch these little cute yellow cake. Cheese smell nice and quite soft, just like you are fly with cheese cream.

Golden, yellow and oozing. Victor's kitchen is well know for these dancing warm babies! Soft and fluffy on the outside, and thick salted egg sauce oozes out like hot lava, making this Bao so desirable like a lady in red hot dress. Personally think it's hard to make, seeing how many attempted but fail miserably.

Ok so I'm a little too easily persuaded to buy cute things (like as if the bear was sitting in the display crying "buy me" 😑) especially if it looks like Line characters.
After giving away 2 Macarons, I ate the other four in flavours I thought I'd enjoy, but they pretty much all tasted the same. This sealed the deal that I do not like macarons. Gosh I even told the guy at the counter I didn't like them whilst cringing at the fact I needed to buy 6 just to get the bear and he offered me a free one to taste, which I rejected and he probably thought—this weird girl wants to buy macarons but keeps saying she doesn't like them.
And people like giving me macarons and "saving" them for me like as if out of all the things in the world I look like I would die if they didn't give me macarons… so countless boxes have followed me home and countless boxes have sat in my room till they look spoilt enough for me to justify throwing them out without guilt, cos obviously you wouldn't want me to eat spoilt macarons right? Sorry to everyone who has given me macarons before. They look cute, but I now want to puke a little just thinking about them. The cost of 6 macarons couldve gotten me a good SD card instead! *

Petit Rose
Rose flavored Marcon. Crispy on the outside and creamy in the inside. A hard rose flavored aftertaste. It was so good that it made hard to swallow.
Opera Classique
Chocolate is always the last dessert to taste. It has the heaviest taste, especially this one. The thick texture made it very hard to cut through. Don't swallow it immediately. Let it linger in your mouth, as the chocolate slowly melts away, it's taste just filled up the taste bud.
Chantilly
This was my favorite dessert of the day. First you will tasted the sweet cream, then the sour lemon filling followed up. The hint of lemon made this dessert so refreshing and light. How to stop eating??? Strawberry Shortcake
Lady favorite! Soft and fluffy sponge cake with fresh strawberry. Need I explain more?

This stack of pancakes come in 4 layers, topped with soft bananas, ricotta, crunchy pistachio bits and honey. Top it up with some honeycomb for another $3, it really goes a long way! Be sure to get a bit of the creamy riccotta with every bite. Also, the presentation is superb. End off with their aromatic long black. Photo by Huixuan Tan.

Serving less common supper fare, this humble 20 year old Geylang favourite specializes in Taiwan snacks like mee sua, tau huay and you tiao. Burppler Anna Chan says "Small portion but nice n worth it!"

A very hungry Burppler, Celest, puts it perfectly: "This is chocolate - in cake form". Don't bother resisting the urge, just buy a whole cake and we assure you it'll be love at first bite. You won't want to share it, but you'll have to, cos it's just too darn good. It's a tough fight between the original and the dark chocolate, they're both excellent. Their molten lava cake is a must-try as well, with warm oozing cake sitting atop cold ice cream in cup- the perfect combination of hot and cold with extra oozy chocolate!

This unassuming bakery will surprise you with its variety, affordability and quality. It is rare to find a neighborhood bakery that does such unique buttercream variations, and Pine Garden does it remarkably well. Popular flavors include their Lychee Martini (at only $2.50 a slice) and the Hazelnut Chocolate Crunch Cake. These guys even do custom wedding and birthday cakes along with Asian pastries!

还可以,但是如果是祖传3代的秘方来讲的话,水准就一般了

I think it is tooooooo sweet, makes Frappuccino not like this way... However, "Christmas beverage" is quite cheer up.
