This delicate matcha cake that I found at @hvala_sg was drizzled with some intense matcha sauce. It was a tad dry for my liking though the red bean layer made up for the lack of moisture in the cake. But this cake somehow looks familiar to matcha cakes that I’ve seen at other cafes? 🤔 #matcha
There’s a @jpassportsg coupon to grab as many gyozas as your age if it’s one day before, on or one day after your birthday! So, let’s just say my dining partners had to cancel all their gyoza orders 🤣 The gyozas here have a thin and crispy skin and loaded with meaty juices with some veggies! Definitely worth the queue!

Flaky and crispy thin croissant layer wrapped around a luscious and creamy chocolate filling! Served warm and a great snack as I ran between the Shinkansen station and the JR line! 🤣 #cptslowyeoxjapan
