Chanced upon this when searching for desserts in town. Used Burpple beyond 1 for 1 deal for the ice cream bar and we thought it was a real good deal:) just a note that the affogato was really really rich and the coffee taste may be too bitter for some of us

Chanced upon this place as we saw that it was 1 for 1 on Burpple and decided to give it a try, and we were glad we went for it:) the pumpkin soup was rich, complementing the seafood aroma. The tomato soup base was rly good too, reminded me of tomato egg noodles. Will love to go back again and try out more of their noodles

Chrysanthemum is always our go to! I’m also very excited to find out that there’s hojicha (as a hojicha lover) and I was very pleased with their rendition of it - not too sweet nor bitter. Our fav ice cream shop in the east!

Had the big breakfast which was pretty decent! Love their pesto pasta (not pictured) too as it wasn’t too creamy or salty. Cute little cafe that is walkable from serangoon

Tried putien (known for being a 1 star Michelin restaurant) for the first time thanks to Burpple 1 for 1! Was super amazed with lor mee, the zhap was very tasty and we made sure we finished every drop. The mi fen was very thin and super good to eat it with their chilli:)

Also ordered oyster pancakes which did not awe me as much.

Second visit here! This time trying out the torched mentaiko salmon and I love it :) used the Burpple deal once again. The portion was just nice for me and you should go for it if you’re looking for an affordable Japanese don in town

Kabe no Ana always impresses us with their pastas! Personally really like their mentaiko carbonara which was both creamy and eggy :) nice to be balanced out w tomato based pasta if you’re sharing

Affordably priced and pretty huge portion! Interesting store concept that is newly opened in suntec. Seats are rather limited tho so try to avoid peak hours!

Popular as always even before 7pm. We had the yam paste w ginko nuts ($3.30) and peanut paste ($3) small and ah chew never disappoints. Fave pay is also accepted here:)

Our favourite thai toast! Bought triple dips and they were amazing, with pandan and yam being our favourites. Toast was crispy and buttery too

Ordered biang biang (added $1 for meat), which I will try without the meat next time as it was nothing fancy. Also had bo mian (spicy) and it was tasty and also cheaper than biang. Love how chewy their noodles are

Had the lunch set ($35.90++) and topped up $10 for the C&C&C&C pasta which was honestly worth it as I thought it was rly tasty and interesting. Ordered beef cheeks for main course but it got gelat towards the end with too much potato and cheese
