The walk through the heavy rain and the wrong turns we took to find this shop was not in vain. The Caramel jar($4.50) contained a generous sprinkling of crunchy diced almonds and a dollop of dulce de leche atop layers of caramel mousse and vanilla cake. I fell in love with the sweet, salty and slightly bitter dulce de leche at first bite!๐Ÿ˜ It was not overly sweet. ๐Ÿ‘ The Lychee Passionfruit jar ($4.50), which contains pistachios, layers of lychee passionfruit mousse and vanilla cake, was ok (not a fan of lychee-cake pairings). I found the cake for both jars a tad dry on its own, but alright when paired with the mousse. Kudos for having fresh and crunchy nuts despite being kept in the freezer.
Note that this branch has only two small tables; takeout is recommended. However, the aunty tending the shop is really friendly; she even offered to wash the jars after we ate so that we could bring them home!

My first dining experience at Atlas Coffeehouse. The Earl Grey Caramel Waffles left me pretty impressed. It was one of the most fragrant waffles I've eaten, and crispy on the outside while chewy on the inside - just like what a good waffle (in my definition) should be. The earl grey and caramel flavours worked well and did not overpower each other. Spied on the mains from other tables and they looked pretty good too.

Treated myself to a late lunch of pizza after conquering a school test. The queueing system was a little confusing; apparently there were different queues for ordering and paying, but no clear signage. I chose the Parmigiana ($3.90) - with toppings of aubergine, Parmesan cheese and a tomato base. Despite being served lukewarm, the generous amounts of toppings satisfied the aubergine lover in me and I was thrilled to find the crust and bottom crispy. Would recommend if you're looking for a filling snack.
