Cocktails are definitely interesting and that's the selling point of this establishment.
However, that's about it when it comes to anything decent about this place. The cocktails are EXTREMELY overpriced even during happy hour. And they're very watered down too, doubt you'll even feel tipsy if you knock back 3 of these.
Food portions are miniscule and is simply not worth the prices even with Burpple's 1-for-1.
Perhaps just come here once just to snap some pics/vids for your IG (though I wouldn't recommend it 'cos you're helping them to promote their business i.e. Ripping off more unsuspecting customers).
I will definitely NEVER visit again unless prices and portions change.
The food is decent but not as good as at authentic Japanese eateries. If you have one of the 1-for-1 offers pricing becomes reasonable, otherwise it would be quite poor value. No wonder you can always find a seat here.
Kinda dry but good enough
Mains were quite good but the recommended dessert, Mixed berries tart with pistachio gelato ($16.90) was an absolute disaster. Do yrself a favor order the mains but give this a miss.
This was okay! Just that the portion was unfortunately quite small.
Quite juicy and well grilled, not worth it at all though. The markup is 10-16x I believe
Located in the hustle and bustle of Boat Quay sits this izakaya bar! Enjoy fresh cuts of quality Salmon Sashimi ($10), Salmon Belly Sashimi ($12), Maguro Sashimi ($12) and Hotate Sashimi ($12) over sake while enjoying the evening breeze. If you're looking for a satisfying dinner, add on their Beef Niku Udon ($12) and Salmon Fried Rice ($12) to fuel up for a night of drinking!
