Abut too much rice for me :)

Quite generous with the portion of sashimi. Sashimi is fresh, but the rice is terrible: lumpy and hard. Still had to eat it cuz it’s quite spicy 🥵

Don’t like the combo. It’s quite thoughtful to put the lettuce under the shrimp so that the croissant doesn’t become soggy. But the shrimp was pathetically small, the sauce is very generic. Cannot taste the shrimp or the buttery(ness) of the croissant. Maybe the other combinations will be better

Here to just do work anyway. Should have settled my lunch elsewhere and ordered a drink 🙃

Surprised to know that GYG has a breakfast menu. Overall really solid. The cheese, guac and sautéed vegetable paired really well together. Crunchy tortilla. Adding the scrambled egg for the protein makes it a nutritionally balanced breakfast!
Will try the other combinations such as the bacon and chorizo!

I think it’s not bad. The portions of fish is quite generous. Freshness and quality solid. Good but not something that I would eat too often other than for special occasions/craving for seafood :)

Generous amount of fries and truffles. Would be better if they provided the mustard mayo sauce. But it’s still quite expensive

Well fried tots with sprinkles of shredded truffles. The mayo+mustard sauce is good tho

Takeaway
My fav lor mee! The portion is generous. A lot of ingredients like fish, bean sprouts, char siew (very dry) and youtiao. Get extra garlic for that kick 🔥

The yam ice cream is very mild. A lot less volume as compared to last time. Shrinkflation is real

Really satisfying bite from the pork, the fat is rich but not “gelat”. The creamy cabbage reminds me of 白菜汤. Will come back if I have a huge pork chop craving
