Here over @ Bak Bak, emphasis is place on healthier eating hence the introduction of items like Sea Cucumber, Tofu & Brown Rice whilst omitting familiars like Liver, Intestine & Kidneys. Gems we'd today were many including the Chawanmushi with Homemade Crab Sauce ($4.5), Homemade Fried Prawn Roll aka Hei Zho ($11), Pork Rib Soup with Sea Cucumber ($17.5) & a finale of the silkest ever Homemand Beancurd ($1.2). Choice of drink is an interesting one too; the Iced Lychee Red Tea ($4.5) which is made using a special tea blend from Centurion Tea Merchant Pek Sin Choon & carbonated slightly.

With 2 other outlets in Tiong Bahru Plaza & Citylink Mall following suit, expect servings of interesting drinks such as Paik’s Original Coffee (Iced $3.5 Hot $3), Chocolate Banana Smoothie with Froyo ($5.50), Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Froyo ($5.50) & Green Grapes Flower Tea ($5) over here. That said besides @Paiks.BibimSg's very popular + affordable Teriyaki Chicken Bibimbap & Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap (both $8.5), they've oso got awesome sides like this Fried Chicken In Sweet & Spicy Sauce ($5.9) which me & my bro @Spadely finds incredibly additive.
