Udon is not overcooked and I like it when it's still a little chewy. I like the dry version and also the clear soup version, not the pork stock. The soup itself is full of fragrance! And their deep fried mixed vegetable is amazing!!! I could eat the whole thing by myself!

We had the samples and we are so impressed by this frozen coconut!! SO NICE!!! It tasted very natural! And very refreshing!! Parfait size $6.50 with 3 toppings! No sauce because it's sweet enough and you can literally eat it like this without feeling gerlat!

The pork is very tender yet firm enough to be intact. And served with crispy fried pork skin! Sinfully delicious!

Flavourful but I still prefer to have a whole piece of meat.

It's a little too fatty for my liking. But, I adore that spring onions salad!!!!

Very flavourful. Have a beer and listen to live band! Philippines is a country that you wouldn't wanna miss the bar with live band! They are so talented!

It's made up of a lot of stalls selling almost similar food. Stall owners are like playing tug of war with customers wanting them to patronise their stalls. We manage to find Eliza's stall with the least flies flying around! Hahahaha!! 😆😆😆 the food is dirt cheap!!!!!!!!!!! They have all kinds of meats, seafood and offals on sticks. They also give you a basket of hanging rice (like singapore's ketupat) to go with your meat. You wrap one of your hands with plastic bag which acts as a glove and you eat with your hands! So localised! Hahaha! I enjoyed the food very much! Cebu chorizo, MUST TRY!!! They looks like Taiwanese sausage but different taste and different texture! They are yummy! And the huge chuck of pork belly! Very good marination!

A staff came up to me and said: I think you might know someone in the kitchen! I was surprised. So I looked in, I have so many eyes looking me!!! I was wondering which person do I know!!!!!! Until I saw this dude looking at me, a face that looks pretty familiar and almost couldn't recognise with the new hairstyle. Hahaha! So glad to see him doing well in this place. As a Chef, I'm very proud of him! I always find familiar faces in different restaurants and cafes. Chef industry is so small!
