My favourite paella to date - the flavourful rice was moist and had the perfect amount of bite. I usually gripe about stingy amounts of seafood in my paella, but with this generously loaded portion, I wish there'd been more rice instead.

From Something Sweet at Victory8; the same building that houses Mootime. I initially went "Not another waffle again!" when I heard my friend was going to order this, but having my first slice got the hooked that I could not stop. Its pretty wholesome, coming with fresh fruits and a pretty flavourful Matcha ice-cream that has a strong tea flavour that Matcha lovers will not get enough of. Coupled with that was a classic waffle batter that's eggy, buttery, fluffy and light made sweet with a squeeze of maple syrup. I find this not only one of the better items that they offer here, but also made the cut to be one of the better waffle to have in the north!
