With limited food choices and extremely quiet environment, I would still recommend this place for the friendly services and spectacular interior design with the featuring bar counter made up of 24 TV screens right in front an open kitchen.
We had the Open Mushroom $20, deep fried zucchini $12, fried chicken $20 and countless of drinks. Dishes were in huge portion that definitely could serve up to 3-4pax. Well... I think this should be the first time I tried Shirako Ponzu (Fish SPERM) unless otherwise I wasn't told 😅.. No much comment but I do believe every dish exists for a reason, as long I'm not the first one in the earth who get the treat, I'm absolutely fine with just continue eating as a follower 😁. To be frank, I have done some readings about how the fish sperm was extracted and prepared, I choose not to further elaborate here, go find out yourselves 🤣. It was obviously the highlight of the exquisite appetizer plate of the night, apart from that, the pitan tofu was very nicely done, tofu remained firm, not overly salted. Before the appetizer, we were promptly served with the seasonal vege sticks with a side of house sesame dip at our arrival. Followed by choosing our own preferred Sake glass! 🍶😘

All dishes cooked by renowned HK Chef personally who is also the boss of the restaurant itself. It looks like crispy bee hoon to many of my friends and I believe the dish wouldn't be able to achieve such a pleasant texture with bee hoon. The balmy Truffle oil blended in gracefully with the finely sliced yam which allowed the truffle flavor gently dissipated in mouth, leaving you feeling warm and satisfied. Crispy yet not greasy. A great appetizer to be.

Actually this was just 1 out of the 20 nights that I'd been there, never once the foods disappoint me, especially the exceedingly appetizing steamed seabass in Thai sauce on heat up tray, served hot and fresh! Extra sauce always provided separately.
