8 Fahrenheit is an ice-cream parlour in Ngee Ann Polytechnic that is not just only about ice-cream, but also a social enterprise of its own. It gives needy students a chance to work here to earn their own pay while having the flexibility of working to their own schedule. Malted Seasalt Caramel was a balance between sweet and salty, though the ice-cream was a wee bit icy in texture, while the Cookies & Cream had chunky bits of Oreo to bite on.
