3 Crab Delicacy (Orchid Country Club)

Went to the restaurant at Kovan after they moved from Tiong Bahru. First of all I think the ownership has changed? Can’t tell if it’s Wendy behind the mask. Ordered the chilli crab, drunken cockles and fried mee sua. Taste is as I remembered though. But the items in the menu has certainly changed. Hmmm....

Salted egg yolk crab.
Buttery creamy sauce. Crab is fresh and nice. However a little expensive.

Big, fleshy crab in fragrant curry, best eaten with fried mantou

This was sooo shiok! Excluding that bunch of stinky coriander of course.
